How it works

Six moments. Each one ends
with something in your hands.

Fifteen stages run underneath. Two moments need you. The rest run themselves and report in.

01

Verify your identity

Upload your ID and details from your phone. A person reviews them, not a black box, usually the same day.

You receive: verification confirmation
02

One approval starts the build

Your advisor confirms your file and sets the whole formation in motion with a single authorization, against a fixed budget you've already seen.

You receive: your formation plan and budget
03

Your company goes online

Domain, business email, US phone, business address, and a live website, provisioned while the filing is still in flight.

You receive: your web presence, live
04

Delaware files, the IRS answers

Articles filed, certificate stamped, EIN issued and stored with your records. Founders without an SSN get the ITIN track automatically.

You receive: certificate + EIN letter
05

Sign the governance set

Bylaws, consents, and your stock certificate in one signing session. About four minutes, from any device.

You receive: executed governance set
06

Bank, credit, handoff

The bank account opens once governance is executed. DUNS registration and first trade lines start your credit file. Then everything is handed to you.

You receive: account access + handoff packet
Questions

The short answers.

How long does it take?

Most stages run the same day they start. The pace-setters are government steps: Delaware turnaround, IRS EIN issuance, and the ITIN process for founders without an SSN. Your advisor reports at every stage, and every document lands in your document room as it arrives.

What do I actually have to do?

Two things. Verify your identity at the start, and sign the governance documents when they are ready. Everything else runs on its own.

Who is spending my money?

Nothing moves until your advisor authorizes the formation against a fixed, itemized budget you have already seen. Spending is capped to that budget by the system itself, and anything unusual stops and waits for a human.

I don't have a Social Security number. Does that matter?

No. The pipeline was built first for founders outside the US. EIN without an SSN, ITIN application, US address, phone, and a bank account that accepts a foreign home address are all standard stages, not workarounds.

What happens when it's done?

You receive a handoff packet: every document, every credential, the renewal calendar, and a 30-day operating checklist. The company is fully yours, with nothing left inside FoundingDoc you depend on.
